Charles has been involved in adult faith formation and adult Christian initiation (R.C.I.A.) since 1989. He works with his own parish, Cathedral of Christ the King, as well as other parishes and diocese developing and presenting programs on a variety of topics. He holds BS and MBA degrees, serves as CEO of a business as well as sitting on several business and non-profit boards.
